You are in charge of your claim. This keeps you accountable to your progress and coverage limits. This also relieves me of the financial strain of going unpaid for any length of time in the event that your PIP is exhausted.
Call your car insurance carrier and open a bodily injury claim under your PIP coverage, if you are enrolled. Tell them you will be receiving treatment and that you will be submitting invoices for direct reimbursement. Ask them what information you will need to have included on the invoice that I provide you.
From there an appointment with a general practitioner, chiropractor, osteopathic doctor, or other medical professional endowed with the ability to write prescriptions is necessary to obtain a prescription for massage.
We can schedule as many appointments as you would like with the explicit understanding that my late minute cancellation policy of 48 hours notice or a full charge will be in place, with no exceptions.

I am currently not credentialed with any private health insurers as they make the reimbursement process arduous and do not reimburse providers a fair rate.
Please check with your insurance company regarding out of network providers and ask them about direct reimbursement via a superbill.
